Hi, I’m Lesley Scott—a registered nurse with over 35 years of experience in dermatology, surgery, and patient care. Based in beautiful Sydney, I’ve spent my career refining my skills in skin health and aesthetics, blending science with artistry to help people feel like the best version of themselves.

I truly believe ageing is a privilege—one not everyone gets to experience. But that doesn’t mean we can’t soften the edges a little along the way (and that can be our little secret 😉). While non-surgical treatments can work wonders, sometimes surgery is the best option—and knowing when to take that step is just as important as knowing when a little finesse will do the trick.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a variety of roles, from midwife to Clinical Training Manager for leading aesthetic and medical companies. I’ve trained doctors, nurses, and dermal clinicians in the latest energy-based aesthetic treatments and injectables. I’ve also had the privilege of working with top dermatology and plastic surgery practices, providing expert care and guidance. Today, I support plastic surgeons at Pure Aesthetics on Macquarie Street and offer a full range of cosmetic injectables at various locations across Sydney’s East and North.

Education is a big part of my world—not just for myself, but for others. I continue to train Registered Nurses as they complete their Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables, helping the next generation of practitioners refine their techniques and develop a deep understanding of patient care in aesthetics.

I’ve been fortunate to train with some of the best in the field, including Dr Tom Van Eijk and Mike Clague, and once had the pleasure of sharing a dinner table with Michael Kane, the pioneer of modern injectables—who, between discussions on aesthetics, passionately shared his thoughts on Lana Del Rey.

My approach? Thoughtful, natural results that complement your unique features and lifestyle—just with a little touch of magic.

I hold a Master’s in Adult Education, reinforcing my belief that learning never stops. I stay up to date with the latest techniques and advancements, attending conferences, webinars, and training sessions. I’m also a proud member of AMET (Aesthetic Medical Emergency Team), the Cosmetic Nurses Association (CNA), and other dermatology and aesthetic groups.
